What do I need to get started?

Existing plans, sketches, models, photographs, or reference images are helpful. If you’re starting with an idea, we can first define a concept and the assets needed to visualize it.

Can you work with my architect or designer?

Yes. MAJ can support drawing and model production, create visualization and presentation assets from your design team’s source material, and coordinate feedback with your team.

How are projects priced?

Every project receives a custom quote. Your proposal confirms the scope, number of views or video length, delivery formats, schedule, and price based on the complexity and source material available.

How do revisions work?

Two consolidated feedback rounds are included within the agreed scope. Each round is one coordinated set of comments from you and your team. Changes to the approved direction, extra deliverables, and additional rounds are quoted separately.

How long will my project take?

The delivery schedule is confirmed in your custom proposal after we review your source material and scope. Share any fixed presentation or launch date in the project path so we can plan around it.

Does MAJ offer engineering or sealed plans?

MAJ Visual Studios provides creative services and architectural production support. We do not provide engineering services, engineering certifications, or signed and sealed plans. Production work follows your design team’s direction and remains subject to their professional review and any required signing or sealing. Conceptual visuals and layouts are for design exploration and communication.

How is AI used in your creative process?

AI can support visual exploration, image refinement, and content production. We discuss the appropriate approach and how AI will be used in your project. When exact design fidelity matters, source models and a reviewed visualization workflow guide the work.
